Organizational Structure

Analyst/Senior Analyst - The entry point for undergraduates and those with limited work experience, Analysts are primarily responsible for research, data collection and analysis, and drafting reports and presentation materials.  Senior Analysts have demonstrated sufficient skill to take on additional responsibility and autonomy.

Economist/Senior Economist - The typical entry point for professionals with M.B.A., Ph.D., and other advanced degrees, Economists are responsible for project design and execution, supervising Analysts, and interfacing with case managers, clients, and experts.  Senior Economists have demonstrated strong aptitude in most or all of these areas, and have potential as case managers.

Vice President/Senior Vice President - Case management, report writing, client relations, and working with experts are the primary responsibilities of Vice Presidents.  In addition, Senior Vice Presidents are responsible for managing large engagements, developing new business opportunities, and testifying, and have significant input into firm strategy and decision-making.
